What is in these terms?

It should be read alongside our Website Terms and Conditions.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Website:

  • In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
  • For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.

    • any content that violates, breaches or is contrary to any law, rule, regulation, court order or is otherwise  illegal or unlawful in Joonbyrd’s sole and reasonable opinion;
    • any material of any kind that contains any virus, Trojan horse, spyware, adware, malware, bot, time bomb, worm, or other harmful or malicious component, which will or might overburden, impair or disrupt the Website or servers or networks forming part of, or connected to, the Website, or which does or might restrict or inhibit any other user's use and enjoyment of the Website;
    • any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional messages, spam or any other form of solicitation; or
    • impersonates another person or contains photographs, images, or audio of another person without that person’s permission or, if the person is a minor, the minor’s legal guardian.

Without limitation to any other rights or remedies of Joonbyrd under these terms, Joonbyrd reserves the right to investigate any situation that appears to involve any of the above, and may report such matters to, and cooperate with, appropriate law enforcement authorities in prosecuting any users who have participated in any such violations.

You also agree:

  • Be in contempt of court.

  • Give the impression that the Contribution emanates from Joonbyrd Limited or Dr Alexis Granite, or of any director or employee of Joonbyrd Limited (who may vary from time to time) if this is not the case.
  • Advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
  • Contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
  • Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.
  • Violate any agreement between you and Joonbyrd or any third party.

Breach of this policy

When we consider that a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate. 

Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of our Website Terms and Conditions upon which you are permitted to use the Website, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

  • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Website.
  • Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to the Website.
  • Issue of a warning to you.
