Meadowsweet (or Spiraea ulmaria) is an antioxidant-rich plant known for its anti-inflammatory benefits, thanks to its intrinsic compounds of flavonoids (naturally occurring plant compounds that protect from environmental aggressors) and phenolic acids (natural skin-beneficial antioxidants).
