1. Smooth Daydreamer Firming Body Serum over your skin. Hold your Heartwarmer Gua Sha (via the thermochromic grip) at a 15-degree angle to your body.

2. Starting with your arms and lower legs, glide the curved edge firmly over the skin, using sweeping strokes upward towards your heart.

3. Next, apply the wavy edge to your thighs, buttocks and upper belly, using broad strokes in an upward motion.

4. Apply the wavy edge along your lower belly, in smooth downward strokes to promote lymphatic drainage.

5. Using the curved edge, stroke downward on the left and right sides of your back in a firm, fluid motion.
