Prep your skin: Apply your favorite Joonbyrd body serum, lotion or butter. Hold your Heartwarmer Gua Sha by the thermochromic grip and keep the tool at a 15-degree angle to your skin.

Arms and lower legs: Using the curved edge, glide firmly upward toward your heart in slow, sweeping strokes to support circulation and energize the skin.

Thighs, buttocks and upper belly: Switch to the wavy edge and use broad upward strokes to sculpt, smooth and revive these larger muscle groups.

Lower belly: Use the wavy edge in gentle downward strokes to help promote lymphatic drainage and reduce swelling.

Back: With the curved edge, stroke downward along the right and left sides of your back in a firm, fluid motion to ease tension and encourage microcirculation.

Neck and shoulders: Massage downward from neck to shoulders with long strokes using the curved edge to release built-up stress.
